Orders shipped to Norway, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland are delivered on a Delivered At Place (DAP) basis. VAT, customs duties, and import taxes are not included in the product price and may be payable upon delivery. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

• Vacuum the floor regularly to reduce wear.
• The floors can easily be cleaned with lukewarm water, and if necessary, a mild cleaning agent. 
• Remove stains immediately to reduce the risk of permanent discoloration. 
• Do not drag or slide heavy furniture across the floor, as it may cause scratching.
• Ensure that all table and chair legs have furniture pads without sharp edges.
• Use light, hard polyamide chair
  casters. Some types of rubber, such as rubber wheels on carts, welcome mats,
  etc., may discolor the floor with prolonged exposure.
• Never use acetone or polish on a House of Bolon floor.

• The product should be glued. If you do not want to damage the subfloor, we recommend using an underlay, i.e., a subfloor onto which Bolon's flooring is then laid. For other options, consult with your installer.
• House of Bolon recommends hiring a professional to carry out the work.
