INSTALLATION
The difficulty varies depending on the choice of flooring and pattern, as described during installation on the product page. For the best result, we always recommend using a certified installer for installation of our floors. For optimal results, the floors should be fully glued, although they can also be taped with special tape for this purpose. If you want to protect your original floor and keep it undamaged, you can lay a protective underlay before installing the Bolon floor. An underlay can also be used if the original floor is uneven.

From the delivery date, a 3-year warranty applies according to consumer law. The warranty covers only original manufacturing defects and not defects caused by the customer or by other reasons, for which Bolon is not responsible.
To ensure correct installation of a Bolon-floor, we always recommend our customers to have the installation done by a professional. House of Bolon does NOT take responsibility for installation.

SHIPPING
Free shipping on home deliveries and pick-up point deliveries within Sweden. The additional service "in-home delivery" costs an additional 999 SEK.
If your item is damaged upon delivery, this should be documented by you immediately and reported to us at info@houseofbolon.se within 24 hours. Inspect the package thoroughly before accepting the item and signing the delivery note. If the package is damaged, ask the driver for a note on the delivery note before signing and ensure that you receive a copy. Save the packaging for possible return.
Once the shipping company has picked up the item from us, a message will be sent out with a tracking link where you as a customer can follow the status of the delivery. The shipping company will contact you 1-3 working days before delivery to book a delivery time slot. If you have any other questions, please contact customer service at info@houseofbolon.se
The estimated time of delivery is 1-5 working days.
RETURNS
We offer a return policy and exchange policy on all floors and rugs. Returns must be made within 14 days from the delivery date, and the item must be unused, intact, and clean with all labels attached. Please note! There is no return or exchange policy for orders of custom-sized carpets.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you can cancel your purchase within 14 days according to consumer law. You will then receive a full refund minus shipping costs and any damages to the item.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay. No extra fees.
Yes, we offer installment payments via KLARNA. You can also order your item and pay later.
