• Let the rug settle for a while before placing furniture on it to remove any unevenness.
• Vacuum the rug regularly to reduce wear.
• The rug can easily be cleaned with lukewarm water, and if necessary, a mild cleaning agent.
• Remove stains immediately to reduce the risk of permanent discoloration.
• Do not drag or push heavy furniture over the rug as it may cause damage.
• Ensure that all table and chair legs have furniture pads without sharp edges.
• Use light, hard polyamide chair casters. Some types of rubber, such as rubber wheels on carts, welcome mats, etc., may discolor the rug with prolonged exposure.
• Never use acetone or polish on a House of Bolon rug.

• Unroll the rug and flip it to the right side. Before placing furniture, allow the rug to settle and reach room temperature. Be attentive to the fact that the rugs do not allow moisture to pass through. Floors designed to breathe may be damaged if moisture is trapped.
